What does the tare function do?
When you weigh your baby with a towel or blanket, you put the cover on first and reset the tare; only your baby's weight stays on the screen. Your baby feels more settled when wrapped, which also makes weighing easier.
How long can I use it for?
The scale has a 20 kg capacity, so you can keep using it as your baby grows into a toddler. The memory function stores the previous reading.
What are the melodies for?
The device has 20 soothing melodies; they hold your baby's attention during weighing and help them stay calm. This helps you get a more stable reading.
What's in the box?
A 150 cm retractable flexible measuring tape comes under the scale; the device also has a room thermometer, so you can see the room temperature on the same screen.
How do I get the most consistent results from the scale?
Place the scale on a hard, flat surface, choose a moment when your baby is calm and always repeat the measurement under the same conditions (for example, before bath time, with a clean nappy). Measurements taken under the same conditions can be compared with each other.
What does the room thermometer measure?
The room thermometer shows the air temperature of the room it is in, not your baby's body temperature. It is used to check whether the room is within a suitable range for sleep.
Is my product under warranty?
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. The terms are written on the warranty certificate in the box. Extra periods offered in e-commerce site campaigns do not extend our warranty.
Where should I send my faulty product for repair?
If your product is under warranty, the customer service of the store where you bought it can send it to our service with free shipping, and you can collect it from the store again. If you bought it online and the seller cannot offer free shipping, call us and we will share our contracted courier details. If the warranty has expired or you cannot find the invoice, you can send it to our service address with any courier, with shipping paid by the sender.
How long does a repair take?
Products found faulty under warranty are sent back repaired, or replaced with a new one with the same features, within 20 business days at most from the date they reach our service. The period starts when the parcel is delivered to the service.
