Frequently asked questions
Can I use it on one breast only?
Yes, the device is suitable for both double and single use. You can attach both bottles at once or carry on with one side; the choice is entirely yours.
What does the massage function do?
Massage mode starts with a softer, rhythmic motion before suction. Together with the comfortable breast shield and silicone pads, it makes pumping more comfortable. You can switch between modes on the touch panel.
How is it charged?
The device charges through its USB connection; you can use it with a power bank or a phone adapter. It switches off automatically when you finish.
Which parts come into contact with milk?
All the bottles are made from food-grade material. Wash the parts that touch milk after every use; the motor unit must not be put in water and is wiped with a damp cloth.
How should I sterilise the parts?
Wash and rinse all parts that come into contact with milk in warm soapy water after every use. The sterilisation method, and which parts can go into boiling water, depend on the model; check the parts list in the manual. Never put the motor unit in water.
Which suction level should I use?
It is recommended to start at the lowest level and stay at the level you are comfortable with; the levels are there to help you find what suits you. Please take any questions about your breastfeeding routine to your breastfeeding consultant or doctor.
Is my product under warranty?
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. The terms are written on the warranty certificate in the box. Extra periods offered in e-commerce site campaigns do not extend our warranty.
Where should I send my faulty product for repair?
If your product is under warranty, the customer service of the store where you bought it can send it to our service with free shipping, and you can collect it from the store again. If you bought it online and the seller cannot offer free shipping, call us and we will share our contracted courier details. If the warranty has expired or you cannot find the invoice, you can send it to our service address with any courier, with shipping paid by the sender.
How long does a repair take?
Products found faulty under warranty are sent back repaired, or replaced with a new one with the same features, within 20 business days at most from the date they reach our service. The period starts when the parcel is delivered to the service.
